Water King will control scaling and algae in cooling tower systems
Evaporative cooling
When water changes its state from liquid to vapour or steam an input of beat energy must take place which is known as the latent heal of evaporation; this input energy must either be supplied from fuel as in a boiler or be extracted from the surroundings. Cooling towers take advantage of this change of state by creating conditions in which hot water evaporates in the presence of moving air; by this means heat is extracted from the water and transferred to the air and the process in known as evaporative cooling. The principle is very simple but the heat transfer processes are quite complex. Problems arising from the quality of the water such as scaling, corrosion, fouling and the growth of bacteria can be controlled by using the WATERKING.
